Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Facilitate and support clients in community integration and social outings.
  • Administer medication reminders as per care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or well-being to the care team.
  • Adhere strictly to individualized care plans, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
