Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Facilitate and support clients in community integration and social outings.
- Administer medication reminders as per care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or well-being to the care team.
- Adhere strictly to individualized care plans, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
