Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to foster independence and well-being.
- Help clients maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques as needed.
- Document client progress, observations, and care provided accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team regarding needs and updates.
- Support clients in community integration activities, appointments, and social outings.
- Adhere strictly to care plans, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Promote client rights, dignity, and privacy at all times.
- Identify and report any changes in client condition or concerns to supervising staff.
