Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive survey questionnaires, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and alignment with research objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of survey projects, including sampling, data collection, and quality control processes.
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis of survey data using appropriate software to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare detailed and insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Communicate complex research findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to translate business questions into researchable objectives.

  • Ensure ethical research practices and data privacy compliance throughout all stages of projects.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in survey design, implementation, and analysis (min. 3 years)
  • Proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer)
  • Strong command of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python for data analysis)
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications
