This unique opportunity places you at the forefront of significant land and property initiatives within the vibrant Bloomsbury area and wider London landscape.

As a Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from initial site investigations and data acquisition to detailed analysis and reporting. You’ll work on diverse assignments including boundary disputes, topographical surveys, measured building surveys, and setting out for construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices, and the ability to operate advanced surveying equipment and software.

This position isn’t just about a job; it’s about establishing a career with a forward-thinking organisation that invests in its people. Recognizing the competitive housing market in London, this role thoughtfully includes accommodation as part of the comprehensive package, offering peace of mind and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your professional development and the exciting projects at hand. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses excellent communication skills, capable of explaining intricate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your adaptability and problem-solving abilities will be essential in navigating the varied challenges presented by London’s dense urban environment and historic structures. If you are ready to bring your surveying prowess to a firm that appreciates precision, fosters growth, and removes the burden of finding housing, this is the role you’ve been searching for. Join us and contribute to shaping London’s future infrastructure and iconic skyline.
