Key Responsibilities
- Diligently monitor all pool areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules and regulations.
- Perform routine checks of pool equipment, water quality, and surrounding facilities for cleanliness and operational integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, towel distribution, and general facility information.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations, administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool deck, including arranging chairs, umbrellas, and clearing debris.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of pool-related events or activities.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual incidents to immediate supervision.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and team meetings.

- Strong swimming ability and comfort in various water conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
