Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and software applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Manage network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ensure network security and connectivity.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving IT-related problems efficiently.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with development and other IT teams to support project initiatives and system upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security policies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy).
- Experience with network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
