Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement complex integration solutions using various technologies and platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and integration designs.
  • Configure, test, and deploy integrated systems, APIs, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, project managers, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, technical designs, and API specifications.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality integration standards and security protocols.
  • Stay current with emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating and recommending new solutions where appropriate.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with various integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP), and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Demonstrable experience with API management platforms and developing/consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration services.
  • Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including SQL query optimization.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple integration tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with specific enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, or similar.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for integration solutions.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Relevant industry certifications in integration technologies or cloud platforms.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
