Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and requirements.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to systems analysis.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Foundational understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
