Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and user requirements, identifying areas for system improvement and automation.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Design and document system architectures, process flows, data models, and user interfaces (UI/UX concepts).
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation of designed solutions.
  • Perform system testing, develop test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and functionalities.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering effective communication.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, UML).
  • Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in data modeling and database concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Experience with enterprise-level ERP or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
