Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize complex data.
- Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, flat files, cloud databases, etc.) and perform data blending for comprehensive analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visualizations.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for Tableau users.
- Participate in data governance initiatives and maintain best practices for data visualization and reporting.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in Tableau Desktop, including advanced calculations, parameters, and dashboard actions.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
