Key Responsibilities
- Translate design sketches and concepts into precise patterns and prototypes.
- Perform accurate fabric cutting, adhering strictly to patterns and material specifications.
- Execute high-quality garment construction using various sewing techniques (hand and machine).
- Conduct fittings, make necessary alterations, and ensure garments achieve the desired fit and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the design team on fabric selection, embellishments, and construction methods.
- Maintain a keen awareness of current fashion trends, materials, and production techniques.

- Manage and maintain tailoring equipment and workspace.
