Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to understand industry landscapes, competitor movements, and emerging skill sets.
- Proactively engage with potential candidates, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform initial screening and qualifying interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and client teams to understand specific role requirements, desired competencies, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and feedback at every stage.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to attract top talent.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for various roles.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing modern sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, Boolean logic).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with a global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with the German job market and labor laws.
- Proficiency in German language (written and spoken).
