Key Responsibilities

  • Actively scout for emerging musical talent across various genres through live performances, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, promoters, and other industry contacts in the UK music scene.
  • Attend gigs, showcases, and festivals, both locally and regionally, to evaluate artist performance, audience engagement, and overall potential.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, artist backgrounds, and competitor activities to inform scouting strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on prospective artists, including demo reviews, social media analysis, and live performance assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with A&R, marketing, and artist development teams to align scouting efforts with company objectives.
  • Negotiate introductory terms and facilitate initial contact between artists and Career.zycto's A&R department.
  • Represent Career.zycto professionally at industry events, fostering a positive brand image.

Required Skills
