Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout for emerging musical talent across various genres through live performances, online platforms, and industry events.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, promoters, and other industry contacts in the UK music scene.
- Attend gigs, showcases, and festivals, both locally and regionally, to evaluate artist performance, audience engagement, and overall potential.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, artist backgrounds, and competitor activities to inform scouting strategies.
