Job Description

The Tax Documentation Aide plays a critical role in supporting our financial and administrative teams by meticulously managing and organizing tax-related documents. This full-time, on-site position in Barra Beach, Inhambane, requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for processing, filing, and retrieving sensitive financial information, ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, classify, and file a high volume of tax-related documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Perform data entry and verification to ensure accuracy of tax information in various systems and databases.
  • Assist in preparing and collating documents for tax filings, audits, and internal reviews.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive financial and personal information.
  • Scan, photocopy, and archive documents as required, ensuring proper indexing and cross-referencing.
  • Support the administrative team with general office tasks, including mail processing and supply management.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues in documentation to relevant team members.
  • Collaborate with tax specialists to understand documentation requirements and improve filing processes.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
