Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately process incoming ride requests via phone, radio, or digital platforms.
- Efficiently dispatch drivers based on location, availability, and specific trip details.
- Continuously monitor driver routes and trip progress using GPS tracking and advanced dispatch software.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously with customers, drivers, and internal staff.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly, empathetically, and effectively.
- Provide accurate fare estimates and detailed information regarding service availability and policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all dispatches, customer interactions, and driver activities.
