Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their desired destinations across Nairobi.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a pleasant and respectful experience for all passengers.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and Bolt's operational guidelines.
- Keep your assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.
- Utilize the Bolt driver application efficiently for ride requests, navigation, and earnings tracking.
- Manage your own schedule and availability to maximize earnings and work-life balance.
- Ensure timely arrival for passenger pickups and efficient route planning to avoid delays.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Comply with all local transport authority regulations and licensing requirements.
Required Skills
- Valid Kenyan Driving License (Class BCE or relevant professional class)
- Minimum of 2 years of active driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Nairobi's road networks and common routes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to use smartphone applications for navigation and ride management
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses
