Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations across Penarth Waterfront and Cardiff.
- Efficiently manage ride requests and coordinate routes using dispatch systems and navigation tools.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe vehicle environment for all passengers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a pleasant journey.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
- Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Keep accurate records of journeys, mileage, and earnings.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Category B or higher)
- Clean driving record (no major endorsements)
- Excellent knowledge of Penarth and Cardiff road networks and local landmarks
