Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Provide individualized and small group instruction to students needing extra support or enrichment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Prepare instructional materials, classroom displays, and organize learning resources.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, including recess, lunch, and transitions.
- Communicate effectively with the lead teacher regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Support students with special needs under the guidance of the lead teacher and specialists.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
