Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities and lessons.
  • Provide individualized and small group instruction to students needing extra support or enrichment.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  • Prepare instructional materials, classroom displays, and organize learning resources.
  • Supervise students during non-instructional times, including recess, lunch, and transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with the lead teacher regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Support students with special needs under the guidance of the lead teacher and specialists.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with elementary-aged children.
