Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum for primary and/or secondary levels.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing differentiated instruction strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student academic and personal development.
- Participate actively in school events, extra-curricular activities, and continuous professional development programs.
