Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing classroom materials and learning resources.
- Provide individualized and small-group support to students, reinforcing lesson concepts and assisting with assignments.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student behavior and facilitate classroom management strategies under the guidance of the lead teacher.
- Support students with special needs or learning challenges, adapting strategies as required.
- Participate in school activities, events, and parent-teacher conferences as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as grading papers, recording attendance, and maintaining student records.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student success.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, including breaks, lunch, and transitions.
- Undergo and actively participate in all provided training and professional development programs.
