Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand concepts and complete assignments.
- Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials, organizing learning resources, and setting up instructional activities.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, including lunch breaks, recess, and transitions between classes, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
- Help maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and a positive learning atmosphere conducive to student engagement.
- Support students with special educational needs, adapting materials and methods under the guidance of the lead teacher.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as recording attendance, filing, grading papers, and communicating with parents as needed.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings to contribute to the broader school community.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
