Key Responsibilities
- Respond to basic technical inquiries from users via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately in the ticketing system.
- Provide basic guidance and support on common applications and operating systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and security best practices.
