Career.zycto is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in Florence, Alabama. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for our key clients, ensuring their successful adoption, utilization, and ongoing satisfaction with our cutting-edge products and services. You will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and advocating internally to drive product enhancements and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients, serving as their primary technical point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges to effectively position and optimize Career.zycto solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to communicate client feedback, influence product roadmap, and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance metrics, identifying opportunities for expansion, and proactively addressing concerns.
- Educate clients on new product features, updates, and releases, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Act as a client advocate within Career.zycto, championing their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively identify potential risks or issues with client accounts and work cross-functionally to mitigate them.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
