Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, system specifications, release notes, process flows, and internal knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, QA specialists, and other subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across all technical content.
  • Manage and maintain documentation repositories, ensuring content is up-to-date, organized, and easily searchable.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, changes in functionality, and evolving best practices.
  • Proactively identify documentation needs and propose solutions to improve information accessibility and usability.
  • Participate in product development cycles to ensure documentation efforts are integrated from the initial stages.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar, style, and syntax.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and present them clearly and accurately.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Git, Markdown, DITA, Sphinx, Oxygen XML, Adobe FrameMaker).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
