Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Translate complex technical specifications and product features into clear, concise, and understandable language for various audiences.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy by providing technical insights and assessing feasibility of new features.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, write detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with development teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) on product functionalities and updates.
- Analyze product performance data, gather user feedback, and identify areas for product improvement and optimization.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical product issues, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or a similar technical role in a software environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
