Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical product specialist, technical support, or solutions engineer role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
