Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Conduct in-depth technical product demonstrations and presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to resolve complex product-related issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and integration guides.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to identify and prioritize product enhancements and new features.
- Train internal teams and external partners on new product features and technical best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical problems, working closely with engineering.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling sales collateral and marketing materials from a technical perspective.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Specialist, Product Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product management principles.
- Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Experience with CRM and support ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Familiarity with API integrations and web technologies (e.g., REST, JSON, HTML, CSS).
