Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for assigned products, guiding clients and internal teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure product features meet market needs.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for complex product-related inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal staff.
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and technical guides.
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring product satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical product support, specialist, or similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development lifecycles and IT systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
