Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned products, both internally and externally.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of product features, functionality, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define and refine product requirements based on market needs and technical feasibility.
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical training, and presentations to various audiences.
