Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for assigned products, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and UX/UI designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
- Conduct thorough technical analysis of product features, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Support product launches by developing technical documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Participate in client meetings to explain technical capabilities, gather feedback, and address technical concerns.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.

- Contribute to defining and refining product roadmaps based on technical feasibility and market needs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical product management, product specialist, or solutions engineering role.
