Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues reported by users, customers, and internal teams.
  • Perform root cause analysis for identified bugs and software defects, documenting findings thoroughly.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful implementation of fixes.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for new features and regression testing.
  • Contribute to the automation of test scripts and improve existing QA processes and tools.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product functionalities and issues.
  • Monitor system performance and stability, identifying potential issues before they impact users.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of known issues, resolutions, and QA procedures.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, actively contributing to team goals.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging software applications and systems.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with SQL for database querying and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and web browsers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications
