Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements for prospective and existing clients.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact during the sales process, articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, qualify opportunities, and develop tailored solution strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their understanding and confidence in our solutions.
- Identify and address client technical objections and concerns, working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to effectively position Career.zycto's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Assist in the onboarding and technical hand-off of new clients to post-sales support teams.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture role.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or relevant industry-specific solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a consultative approach to sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools.
