Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems, escalating complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately within the ticketing system and knowledge base.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a clear understanding and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, report recurring issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and support tools to provide effective assistance.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, ideally with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications, and basic networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid environment.
