Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues via phone, chat, email, and remote desktop connections.
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes, ensuring clear understanding and resolution.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, and resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Document all support interactions, including problems, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and timely support.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or senior technicians when necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and best practices in remote technical support.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with remote desktop applications (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and CRM software.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus.
