Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs and learning sessions to develop a strong understanding of Tbaytel products and services.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to internet, mobility, TV, and home phone services under supervision.
- Assist senior technical support specialists in resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the company's ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality customer support.
- Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development in telecommunications technology.
- Provide basic technical assistance and guidance to customers as knowledge and skills develop.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and mobile devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
