Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, online help, API guides, and release notes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to gather information, understand product functionality, and define documentation requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all technical content, adhering to established style guides and terminology.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle from planning and creation to review, publication, and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for content improvement and streamline documentation processes.
