Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure, including IP networks, VoIP, optical fiber, and wireless systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation on complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Conduct system upgrades, configurations, and patching to ensure security and efficiency of telecom systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and vendors to deliver telecommunication projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor network performance and capacity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing protocols like OSPF/BGP, VLANs).
- Proficiency with VoIP technologies (SIP, H.323) and related platforms.
- Experience with optical fiber networks (FTTH, DWDM) and associated equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
