Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional service.
- Accurately diagnose and efficiently resolve technical issues pertaining to internet, TV, and phone services.
- Provide clear, comprehensive, and easy-to-understand explanations of telecommunications products, services, and policies.
