Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunications services, including internet, voice, and data connectivity.
- Provide clear, concise, and patient explanations of technical solutions and product features to customers with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior support specialists or relevant internal departments.
- Educate customers on service plans, product offerings, and self-help resources to enhance their overall experience.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent service quality.
- Actively participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new products, services, and support tools.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer support operation.
