Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment and systems, including VoIP, PBX, and network infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Provide prompt and professional technical support to clients, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and firmware updates.
  • Conduct site surveys, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions.
  • Document all service activities, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations accurately.

Required Skills
