Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication systems, including fibre optic, copper, and wireless networks.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with telecommunications infrastructure under supervision.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Document work performed, including installations, repairs, and service requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct.
  • Work collaboratively with senior technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and company vehicles as required.
