Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Zantel products and services.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate product features, benefits, and special offers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to match their requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
- Follow telemarketing scripts and guidelines while also adapting to individual customer conversations.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
