Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively qualify leads by understanding client needs and pain points.
  • Build initial rapport and overcome initial objections with professionalism.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales consultants.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to enhance skills.
