Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential business clients using provided lead lists.
- Effectively introduce Career.zycto's recruitment services and value proposition.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, conversion, and appointment targets.
- Handle objections professionally and persuasively to keep conversations productive.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and scripts.
- Provide constructive feedback on market responses, competitive activities, and client insights.
