You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Career.zycto’s tailored recruitment solutions, and qualifying leads for our senior consultants. Your primary goal will be to generate interest and set up successful appointments, directly contributing to our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases and target lists.
  • Effectively communicate Career.zycto's value proposition and comprehensive service offerings to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, identifying pain points, and accurately assessing opportunities for our recruitment services.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for senior sales consultants, ensuring meticulous calendar management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment setting, and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and shared strategic alignment.
  • Continuously refine calling techniques, sales pitches, and objection handling based on performance analysis, feedback, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and Career.zycto's evolving service developments to effectively address client inquiries and provide insightful information.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, engaging, and professional phone presence.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling objections and rejections.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong intrinsic drive to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional communication.

  • Prior experience specifically in the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry.
