Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and pain points to effectively tailor sales pitches.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and performance coaching.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
