Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender and bid documents.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, legal) to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.
  • Conduct initial market research to identify potential tender opportunities relevant to the company’s services/products.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all tender requirements, specifications, and submission guidelines.
  • Learn and effectively apply established company procedures and best practices for tendering and proposal management.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and external partners as directed, regarding tender-related inquiries.
  • Support the post-submission activities, including follow-ups and documentation archiving.
