Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned Tatnuck, Worcester territory.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Career.zycto's solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, and consistently updating CRM with activities and progress.
