Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all provided training programs, both theoretical and practical, to learn textile manufacturing processes and machinery operation.

  • Perform routine quality control checks on textile products at different stages of production to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Help identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions under supervision, escalating complex issues to experienced technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all 5S principles and safety protocols.
  • Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and material specifications.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn about machinery.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
