Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various textile production machinery, including sewing, cutting, and finishing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform meticulous quality checks on materials and finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Handle raw materials, organize work stations, and assist with inventory management to ensure a smooth flow of production.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery as required, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Follow detailed production instructions and specifications to ensure products meet design and quality standards.
